PELISSERO VINO ROSSO BARLET 13% alc - CORK

Intense aromas of ripe fruit and hints of melon and apricots. Full and well-balanced on the palate, with hints of dried apricots, melon and stewed pears. 

Vinification: Harvest period from the last 20 days of August to the fi rst ten days of September. Maceration for 6-8 hours, controlled fermentation and fortifi cation with wine rectifi ed spirit. Ageing in vats at controlled temperature for 6 months.
