NEVIS BLUFF RESERVE PINOT NOIR 2017

In exceptional years we produce a Reserve Pinot Noir where we take select parcels of fruit and give them some extra special attention including 33% whole bunch fermentation and extended aging in French oak barrels, with 35% in new oak.

2015 VINTAGE

The fifth edition of our Reserve Pinot Noir exhibits dark spicy whole bunch aromas with a nuance of toast, violets and mineral drive. This is followed by an elegant

mouthfeel with lots of depth, interest and persistence. This wine will improve with cellaring to at least 2025, however it will still be enjoyable in its youth.
