This Champagne is made of 45% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Munier and 20% Pinot Noir giving it an elegance, creaminess, and aromatics.  Bouby has been making Champagnes for four generations. Highly aromatic, flavoursome and classy.

Growers Champagnes are a real treat. Boutique and hand made. This means they come direct from the grower and not from huge negociants that buys grapes from all across the region.
