This multi award winning house cut no corners in either the vineyard or the winery. Grapes are harvested very quickly in order to preserve the fresh fruit flavours which are vital to this style of wine. Once transported to the winery only the best grapes are selected and pressed.

A modern style Chablis jam packed with fresh, green apples and hints of citrus. A firm, refreshing mineral backbone runs through the palate and on to a satisfyingly long finish.
